Your week at a glance
Home now shows your whole week on one strip. A calorie ring per day, a marker where a Brief is waiting, and a calendar that jumps to any date.
One strip, seven days
Most tracking apps open on a single day. You wake up, you log, you tap back to yesterday for context, you tap forward again. It works. It is also a lot of tapping for something that should take one look.
The strip on Home puts your whole week on one row.
- A calorie ring on each of the 7 days. You see which days landed in range, which went over, and which came in thin.
- An envelope on days where Autopilot left a Brief. You never have to go looking for a check-in.
- Today, marked. A soft accent ring sets today apart from the days behind it, before you have logged anything.
Tap any day
Tapping a day opens that day in full. Meals, macros, totals. The date pill in the header brings you back to today.
Going further back takes one more tap. The calendar overlay jumps straight to any past date. Last Tuesday, last month, the day your cut started. No paging through yesterday, yesterday, yesterday.
The weekly average, and the day it leaves out
Above the strip, your weekly average updates as days fill in. One choice there took a few tries to get right. Today does not count toward it.
At 9 in the morning you have logged breakfast and nothing else. Put that in the average and half a day of data drags the number down, and the number stops meaning anything. So the average reads only the days that are finished. The last 6 days, or as many of them as you logged.
What you get is a number you can act on, rather than an artefact of what time you looked.
Why it matters
Once you can see the week, you start thinking in weeks. You stop chasing perfect days. You see the shape of it. The days you logged everything, the days your energy was gone, the weekends that drift up, the Tuesday you got exactly right.
That is what tracking is for. Not hitting a number on a Wednesday. Seeing what your life looks like when you eat the way you have been eating.
